Shipping Costs -

At Valley View Panoramic we include our shipping cost in the total price of any single picture. So, to simplify the whole purchasing process for the website customer. This we find is very benificial to the customer in ensuring that no surprise charges are added to the cost of the picture at somepoint during the checkout process; WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! To clarify on this it simply means that the price you see before you buy is the price you pay when you buy.

We use Standard First Class Shipping via the Royal Mail.

Dilivery of our pictures is always estimated to be about 5 - 7 working days. Most occasions though we find that they get delivered within 2 days in the UK.

We ship internationally as well at no added cost to the price of the picture, but delivery times in this instance will vary accoringly.

All pictures are dispatched the same day that the order is placed as we stock all pictures displayed on the site. If though, for some reason a picture cannot be dispatched the same day we will contact you either by phone or via email to inform you of this.

All pictures are placed in a secure, tough and protective cardboard case (cylender) where they are rolled up and slotted inside the secure container where we will also include the packing slip.

Returns -

When it comes to returning pictures to Valley View Panoramic we will only accept a returned picture if there is a clear and visible defect.

In the event that a return is required by the customer we would appreciate if you could email us at: product_support@valleyviewpanoramic.co.uk to inform the sales team of the imminent product return.

To return the item the customer must place the picture inside the protective casing the it was delivered in and send the item to:

Return the picture via Royal Mail Standard First Class Delivery.

Once we have recieved the returned picture/s we will the refund the cost of the postage to the customer
